We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst - Windows OS to join our team in Sydney, Tasmania (AU-TAS), Australia (AU).
Job role & responsibilities: This position is suitable for a college graduate entering the workforce in their field of study.
They understand basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices related to their professional field but may have limited practical experience.
They handle detailed problems requiring standard solutions.
They receive general guidance from their supervisor, are assigned specific deliverables, and may work as part of a team.
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client issues and conduct scheduled installations.
Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery processes.
May act as a team lead and coach team members occasionally.
Job requirements: Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and education.
Proficient in Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be beneficial.
Ability to perform physical tasks required in an office setting.
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Willingness to travel, including overnight domestic or international trips.
