About the role Work closely with a diverse range of high-profile clients.
Navigate intricacies of employment relationships and utilise your legal knowledge and provide strategic counsel .
Be involved in all facets of employment , which will encompass discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying and dispute resolution, etc.
Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.
The ideal candidate Lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE , with a commercial & client focused outlook.
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
