We are currently seeking an organised, pro-active, and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the beautiful Marion store.
If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to beat targets, and providing world-class service, then we'd love to have you join usThe role The Assistant Store Manager is our brand ambassador responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support them in ensuring the store's commercial success and managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.
Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets, setting an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, organising teams to optimise sales, managing security, team rotas, and tracking sales performance.
Ensure the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence and influencing the sales environment.
Receive thorough training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert, nurturing and developing the store team to unlock their potential.
Be available to work a Tuesday – Sunday roster.
The successful candidate Our Assistant Store Managers are brand ambassadors.
The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
Experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer retailing is preferred.
