ABOUT THE ROLES After completing your training, you'll be behind the wheel on these brand-new bus routes.
Route 501: Springfield Ipswich Route 520: Goodna station Eden's Crossing Route 522: Redbank station Springfield Central station Route 523: Redbank Plains Augustine Heights Springfield Central station DUTIES Operate and maintain a bus efficiently and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Adhere to HSEQ policies and actively manage fatigue.
Perform pre-start checks, routine inspections, and refuel as necessary.
Complete required documentation accurately and punctually.
Follow company policies to promote a safe workplace.
Report hazards and participate in health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
ABOUT YOU Have a valid ' MR/HR' class license and PTA Bus Driver Accreditation.
Are a permanent resident of Australia or citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
Have held an unrestricted Australian driver's licence for at least 12 months within the last 24 months Are prepared to work varying shifts Are willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination with a company medical service Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and safe driving techniques.
In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations and the ability to learn routes quickly.
Excellent communication skills to effectively read and comprehend instructions.
