What You Will Do & What You Will Bring As a Senior Product Design Engineer , you will: Lead and advocate for design and product direction across complex diagnostic and cell therapy development programs Drive hands-on concept development, translating ideas from initial sketches through to compelling 3 D visualizations and prototypes Create, iterate and refine design concepts and prototypes to guide final design decisions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Industrial Designers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Human Factors Engineers, Scientists and Program Managers Directly engage with clients, scoping new projects and using storytelling and visualization to influence product direction Contribute to a vibrant and supportive team culture that tackles big challenges and celebrates the process In addition, we require the following skills and experience: 5+ years of professional experience in product design, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio Bachelor's Degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design or equivalent Experienced in user research and observation, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights and design inputs Strong visual and verbal communication skills for presenting complex ideas Proficient in 3 D CAD (Solidworks), Adobe Creative Cloud; Keyshot or similar rendering software Adept at building low and mid-fidelity prototypes using foam-core, 3 D prints, and other methods Capable of balancing user needs and technical constraints in product design decisions Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams Comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities within tight timelines What we offer : Along with a great team of people to work with, at Invetech we also offer a subsidized gym, subsidized canteen, acomprehensive EAP, free onsite parking, and various social clubs and events, just to name a few Ready to Make a Difference?
