Your role within our Finance Team will allow you to: Drive the ongoing development and review of financial budgets, forecasts and financial reports Provide effective leadership to the Finance team and ensure the delivery of professional, friendly and helpful support that reflect the principles of the Social Futures' Practice Framework and the organisation's values Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of standardised financial practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes and meet compliance requirements Coordinate and deliver fit for purpose financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including managers,the Executive, the Board and funding bodies Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee all core financial functions, manage a high performing team of four staff and contribute to strategic initiatives that support making a positive impact in our communities.
