Senior Sales Manager

In this role you will be at the forefront of this mission, representing our brands and bringing them to life through a lens of sport, fashion and culture.The OpportunityThis is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the centre of our go-to-market execution.
You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing major accounts, and ensuring customer-right assortments across all brands and licenses.As the channel expert, you'll partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and CX, to create integrated channel plans that maximise both sell-in and sell-through performance.From GTM strategy and orderbook delivery, to account planning, forecasting, and budget management - you'll own the full commercial cycle.
You'll be a key connector in championing growth and alignment across teams, while representing our brands externally with passion and authenticity.Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate authentically, lead with confidence and drive outcomes will be key.
You'll also play a vital role in mentoring others and helping us build an inclusive and empowering team environment.What You'll DoDevelop and execute channel strategies and seasonal GTM plans, including across mainline, SMU and hot market assortments.Own and grow key account relationships with a focus on commercial outcomes and working closely with key accounts to enhance brand presence, product positioning, and sell-through performance.Align with marketing and merchandising on product assortments and campaign execution.Lead budgeting, forecasting and inventory planning with accuracy for your channel.Deliver data-driven reporting on channel performance and share actionable insights.Provide consumer/sales feedback on accounts to commercial, merchandising and marketing to assist post-seasonal analysis reporting.Ensure brand integrity in market through regular store visits.Inspire, mentor and lead with purpose - championing cross-functional collaboration and team growth.What You'll Bring5+ years' experience in wholesale sales or retail account management.Proven success managing high-value key accounts within fashion/sport/streetwear essential.Strong commercial acumen and experience meeting/exceeding sales targets.Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Passion for sport, street culture and the lifestyle space.A collaborative leadership style, and a growth mindset.What we offerGenerous staff allowance and family & friends discount.Paid Parental Leave.4pm finish on Fridays, fresh fruit.Hybrid working - 1-day WFH.Excellent Learning & Development opportunities to support your career.Epic company and social events throughout the year to celebrate wins, culture and connection.About UsEstablished over 10 years ago, Nick Auditore Represents (NAR) has quickly become the partner of choice for American and domestic Sports Apparel brands for the Australia & New Zealand market.
