About the Role Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the tactical horizon (3 to 24 months), aligning production plans with demand forecasts, capacity analysis, and resource allocation to optimize costs and inventory levels.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by facilitating Supply Review and Demand Review Meetings to provide insights on trends, variances, and assumptions for mid-term planning.
Ensure consistent communication with customers, monitor delivery commitments, and provide visibility into the supply plan while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Lead Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects, including launches, changes, transfers, and divestments, ensuring timely and compliant execution with detailed Change Over Plans (COPs).
Continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance service levels, reduce operational costs, and drive efficiency while managing platform-level projects.
Maintain optimal SKU inventories, oversee supply order confirmations, and ensure timely production scheduling within the planning framework.
Ensure logistics processes comply with customs and trade regulations, establish SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Leverage SAP systems to optimise service levels, cost efficiency, quality, and compliance while expanding and applying process knowledge.
What your Profile Looks like: Demonstrated expertise in functional breadth, project management, operations management, and collaborative leadership across boundaries.
Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record in tactical planning, supply chain optimisation, and demand forecasting.
Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects while delivering timely and compliant results.
Knowledge of regulatory and GMP requirements, coupled with experience working in logistics and planning for pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
