Our client—a global force in smart energy solutions—is looking for an experienced Junior Electrical Engineerto join their growing project development team in Sydney.
This office-based role offers the perfect opportunity for engineers with3+ years of hands-on experiencein utility-scale solar PV and / or BESS projects to deepen their technical expertise and shape the future of renewable energy infrastructure in Australia.
Conduct feasibility assessments, site screening, and technical reviews for large-scale clean energyprojects Support grid connection documentation (AEMO / NSP submissions) and liaise with consultants on Participate in technical reviews, stakeholder meetings, and internal strategy sessions Help develop technical specifications and cost estimates during EPC tendering processes What You Bring : Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Renewable, or Power Systems Engineering At least3 years of experiencein utility-scale solar PV and / or BESS development Sound understanding of AEMO requirements, NER compliance, and Australian grid connectionprocesses Familiarity with grid studies, project design tools, and energy modelling software (pv Design is a Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset Willingness to grow within a fast-paced, technically driven team Why This Role : Work with a globally respected renewable energy developer Contribute to some of the country's most meaningful clean energy infrastructure Full-time, office-based role with clear pathways for technical and professional development Supportive team culture and exposure to the full lifecycle of utility-scale projects.
