The Project
Genus is currently undertaking the design and construction of a 33k V distribution network including overhead and underground infrastructure assets for the FMG Decarbonisation strategy.
The Role
Join a well-established team on a major FMG site as an Electrical QA Supervisor.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing quality assurance and commissioning on a high-profile resources project.

Lead routine QA / QC inspections and in-process checks across electrical systems.
Conduct testing, quality assessments, and compliance audits on-site.
Coach and guide technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify electrical problems with various testing devices.
Manage and update Inspection Test Records (ITRs) using the CCMS.
Support and enforce commissioning procedures to ensure timely handover.
Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience

WA Electrical Licence (Essential)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally in construction and maintenance projects.
Experience working in fast-paced FIFO environments.
Strong understanding of QA / QC systems, documentation, and compliance.
Valid Driver's License – "C" Class (Minimum).
OHS Construction Safety Induction White Card.
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
