We're on the lookout for an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our Altona Gate store on a Casual basis who shares this excitement, thrives in a collaborative, results-driven culture, and feels empowered to deliver customer experiences and moments that matter.

Responsibilities

You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by optimism.
Learn all about our tech products and services and share your knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.
Provide personalised solutions and product expertise; your smile is a key part of your sales approach.
Team up with colleagues to create a welcoming environment where learning, growth and memorable moments happen.

Qualifications

Sales Superpower: ability to hit sales targets and drive results.
Tech Explorer: interest in the latest tech trends and the ability to articulate them to customers.
Problem-Solving Pro: view challenges as opportunities to help customers find solutions.
Team Spirit: thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
