You will lead a team who are exceptionally focused and passionate about providing best practice and person-centred care.You will make an impact by-Delivering exceptional experience in accordance with Epworth Health Care values Ensuring patient flow is managed whilst providing high standards of patient care Building and nurturing a strong capable workforce within the unit Promoting and supporting ongoing learning and education for all staff Recruitment, retention and professional development of staff Managing set budgets and achieving financial targets Ensuring a safe environment for staff Supporting the goals and strategy of the organisationTo be successful in this role… You will have proven ability to lead high performing teams with evidence of how you have made an impact to ensure high quality care and excellent patient experience.Current nursing registration with AHPRARelated Post Graduate qualifications (clinical or leadership) preferred or working towards Demonstrated excellent communication and customer liaison skills Proven ability to motivate and lead a team Contemporary knowledge of best practice in clinical nursing Committed to achieving high quality clinical outcomes An ability to build relationships with all stakeholders Be flexible and adaptable to changing environments at Epworth Richmond Able to engage staff and promote effective teams and individual growth An interest or experience in financial management and understanding of budgetsAbout Epworth RichmondPosition Description Inherent RequirementsEpworth Richmond is a rapidly growing, fast-paced and dynamic teaching hospital where you will work alongside highly skilled practitioners in all areas.
