Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Location: Chatswood, AUCompany: Getinge Australia Pty Ltd Remote Work: Field We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate Field Service Electrician – Infection Control to join our NSW Service Team in Coffs Harbour or Newcastle.
You will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites, creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment; Troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure they are fully functional, enabling customers to continue operations; Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team before attending customer sites to prepare for resolving issues; Completing Service Documentation via a mobile device.
Skills and Experience: We seek candidates who enjoy teamwork, thrive in dynamic roles, and want to make a difference.
If you have: Restricted or full Electrical licence (Mandatory)Mechanical aptitude; A valid Driver's Licence; Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in Med Tech; A proven record of going above and beyond; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; The ability to work under pressure and within a team.
This role involves being physically active, on the road, and managing your own area of responsibility.
