As a Therapeutic Youth Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll provide safety, stability, and support that helps young people build trust and confidence in their future.

We have both Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available.
Upcoming Induction: If successful your first week will be a 5-day face-to-face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training.
Dates: Monday 6th of October to Friday 10th of October, 9am-5pm.
What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Collaborating with the team to deliver individualised care plans

What You'll Bring:

Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant qualification)
If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you may be eligible for an exemption.
Valid Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
