Location: Beaumaris, VIC 3193 Salary: AUD 125,000 - 150,000 This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for admin hours between service times.
You'll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager to thrive in your role.
Responsibilities Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program; plan engaging activities; supervise children; and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing the service.

Role Details Service Location: Beaumaris, VIC 3193 Schedule: Split shifts, Monday to Friday Shifts: BSC 7:00am–9:00am; ASC 2:30pm–6:00pm Admin: 7.5 hours The Role: Director of Service leads a team to create a safe, engaging program and manage the service with school and community partnerships.

Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun.
Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
