With classrooms designed for just 10 students, the Principal will ensure an inclusive and personalised experience, embracing the vision and values of the Mac Killop and Sanctuary Model Commitments to nurture every student's potential.

This is a Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Clifton Hill within our Mac Killop Education program.
The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal.
This position will ideally begin at the end of April 2025.
Key Selection Criteria: Relevant qualifications in education Relevant experience supporting vulnerable children and young people.
An understanding of trauma-informed practice in a school setting.
A proven ability to work in a complex multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment, with a focus on democratic participatory leadership.
Demonstrated alignment with the ethos and identity of a Catholic school and a commitment to model these values as a leader.
