General Manager

Develop and implement the company's strategic plans to achieve business goals and market expansion.
Lead the management team in identifying and responding to market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive pressures.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, regulators, and amongst cable industry CEOs Operational Management: Oversee production planning, ensuring the manufacturing process meets quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, including production efficiency, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
Ensure the company meets all regulatory and environmental standards.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and profitability improvements.
Present performance reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across all departments.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, emphasizing safety and accountability.
Set clear goals for department heads and support them in achieving objectives.
Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer retention.
Build relationships with major clients and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the electric cable industry.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and business growth.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and technologies.
Expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
