We employ and provide employment opportunities to over 1,800 staff nationally.The foundation of Empire Hospitality is its passion for excellence in customer service, training and delivery, ensuring that we always strive to meet our client's expectations.About The RoleAs a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment while upholding a high standard of customer service.In this role, you will be responsible for:Changing bed linen and making bedsReplacing used towelsSweeping and mopping floorsScrubbing bathrooms and toiletsVacuuming carpetsDusting furnitureReplenishing bath care products (e.g.
soap and shampoo)Restocking beverages and food items in the mini barCleaning public areas, like corridorsReporting any technical issues and maintenance needsAddressing guests' queries (e.g.
