Stage 1 is already underway, with 56 villas planned and site works commencing by September, With strong developer backing and a realistic construction program, this is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark community project close to home.
About the Role We are seeking a capable and proactive Site-Based Contract Administrator to join the team in Bundaberg.
You'll work directly on site, supporting both the Project Manager and Site Managerto ensure smooth project delivery from procurement to handover.
This is a true all-rounder role where you'll play a key part in keeping the project on track, managing the contract, and supporting day-to-day site activities.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to : Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers and trades Assisting with managing the head contract, including issuing extensions of time, pricing and submitting variations Assisting with budgets, cost forecasts, and tracking project financials Preparing and sending quote requests and subcontractor agreements Liaising with the client and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication Supporting the Project Manager with contract administration and general project coordination Assisting with program and progress reporting as required About You You're a practical and detail-oriented team player who enjoys variety in your day-to-day work.
You'll bring : Proven experience in contract administration and / or estimating within volume residential or multi-dwelling projects Strong understanding of head contracts and subcontractor agreements Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with trades and suppliers Proficiency with project financials, budgets, and cost tracking Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks on a busy site Must be local to Bundaberg and available to work on site full time Apply NowIf you're an experienced Contracts Administrator or Estimator ready to step into a diverse and hands-on site-based role in Bundaberg, we'd love to hear from you.
