As a member of the College Executive Team and Senior Management Team, the Deputy Principal will : Promote and actively engage with instructional leadership to support consistent, evidence-informed teaching practices across the college.
Foster strategic, consultative, and collaborative relationships among all stakeholder groups in the college community.
Effectively and efficiently manage human, material, and financial resources within delegated areas of authority to support improved learning outcomes for students.
Make strategic and operational decisions to meet the needs of students equitably, in line with relevant legislation, policies, and departmental priorities.
Model the college values and make positive contributions to the college culture.
Promote an inclusive and safe school environment that supports learning and student achievements.
Your Responsibilities As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Support the design and implementation of the college's Strategic Plan and Action Plans (college, pillar, and sub-school), and coordinate the evaluation of outcomes and impact of the school.
Support the implementation and refinement of aligned P-12 policies, structures, and processes.
Coordinate the development and review of the College Data Plan to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes.
Coordinate ongoing evidence-based school self-evaluation and review processes.
Support the strategic implementation of the college's Enrolment Management Plan and related processes.
Collaborate with staff teams and working groups to lead developments in key areas and build staff capability.
