About Us: We operate three private practices in Hobart – Northside Physiotherapy, Antill Physiotherapy, and the Tasmanian Spinal Physiotherapy Clinic.
Our passionate teams provide evidence-based care in a supportive environment, treating a wide range of patients with acute injuries, age-related issues, and post-surgery rehabilitation.
Both Northside and Antill Physiotherapy offer active treatment programs, including Pilates, Kinetic Link Training, balance exercises, hydrotherapy, and on-site gym facilities.
We are seeking a like-minded physiotherapist to join our Northside practice, with the opportunity to be part of our specialist spinal service, including scoliosis management.
New graduates are welcome to apply, with mentoring and guidance provided About the Role: Key Responsibilities/Duties: Provide physiotherapy services to a wide range of patients, including those with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative recovery, and sports injuries.
Implement active treatment strategies aimed at promoting patient self-management, utilising programs such as Pilates, Kinetic Link Training, balance exercises, and hydrotherapy.
On-site gym facilities are available for rehabilitation programs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external referrers and case managers, ensuring clear communication through regular written updates.
Use evidence-based objective measures to inform and guide clinical decision-making.
Deliver consistent, high-quality care to all patients, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge within the field.

About You: Skills/Qualifications: Current full AHPRA registration is required.
Active and current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Valid working rights in Australia.
Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and physiotherapy assessment techniques.
Ability to design and implement effective personalised treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building a strong rapport with patients.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
