Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will:

have demonstrated commitment to the Catholic Ethos, the principles of Catholic teaching and living the school's vision
be committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children
possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience
have demonstrated capacity to promote and enact contemporary & innovative pedagogies and practices
embrace a collegial, respectful and positive team-based approach to teaching and learning
commit to the ongoing professional learning and the continuing development of a positive school culture
have the capacity to communicate positively and effectively with all stakeholders within a school community.

In addition, successful applicants will be expected:

To demonstrate a commitment to the Sacred Heart Primary School Child Safe Policy & the Staff Code of Conduct
Hold registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School is strongly preferred; a commitment to obtain accreditation may be considered

Salary is in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement and available on the website www.cecv.catholic.edu.au.
