About you: Desirable - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in leadership development, instructional design, career pathways, and succession planning within a corporate, not-for-profit, or government setting.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to various learning styles.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Adobe CC Premier Pro or other design platforms).
Experience in content development through mixed media (e.g.
videography, animations, e Learning modules, and other multimedia assets).
Demonstrated success in managing multiple workforce development projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
