About the role As a Senior Strategic Project Officer, you will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives by establishing governance structures, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with cohealth's mission.

Your duties include : Collaborate with the Leadership Hub, Leadership Network, key operational roles, and the broader community to align with organisational goals and strategic priorities Develop, manage, and refine comprehensive project milestone and deliverable schedules, ensuring the effective sequencing and prioritisation of projects Provide advice on issues, options, and solutions as directed and collaboratively implement agreed outcomes Build transformation capability across the organisation in collaboration with the Executive Director, Strategy and Development What cohealth offers : Exciting Parental leave benefits: cohealth offers primary carers 14 weeks paid parental leave upon completion of only 6 months of continuous service.
