Committed to providing exceptional care and support to injured workers in local communities across New South Wales, our focus is on family values and personalised care to tailor a rehabilitation plan for each individual.
The role: Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment Taking a more holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
Support large government employers and employees through our relationship with Allianz TMF (Department of Education, Department of Communities and Justice, Transport NSW)Part of the Generation Health group and APM group of companies you will have the opportunity to support the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community.
