As a Home Care Worker Team Leader based at Woolooware Shores (Taren Point), you'll be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven team where we don't just talk about values – we live them.
You'll play a vital role in leading and supporting a team of Care Workers and Domestic Assistants, ensuring older Australians receive the highest standard of support in their homes and community.
Your opportunity In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage rosters, and drive a culture of excellence in customer service, safety, and care standards.
With professionalism and empathy, you will : Lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Oversee care plan implementation and provide hands-on support when required Manage rosters, respond to unplanned absences, and ensure seamless care delivery Uphold documentation, compliance and workplace safety standards Build strong relationships with clients, families and internal stakeholders What you'll bring You're a natural leader who thrives in community-based aged care settings.
You're organised, empathetic, and skilled in managing people, priorities, and performance with integrity.
You will also need : Certificate IV or higher in Aged Care, Community Services, or a related field Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within aged care or community services Strong understanding of aged care standards, best practice, and client-centred care Excellent communication, scheduling and problem-solving skills Current driver's licence and third-party vehicle insurance Current First Aid and CPR certification Why Anglicare?At Anglicare, you'll get the security, stability, and opportunities that come with a strong, well-established organisation that's ready for the future.
