Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Darling Downs, our facility offers a warm and welcoming environment, where our residents feel at home and cared for.Key Responsibilities:Assisting residents with personal care tasks in a respectful and dignified manner.Supporting residents with mobility and transfers, promoting their independence.Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing team.Participating in recreational activities and social events to enhance residents' quality of life.Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.About YouAs a Personal Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
