Demonstrating a keen financial sense, including P&L management exposure.
Mastering high-volume stock management to ensure efficiency.
Putting customer satisfaction at the forefront of all operations.
Leveraging your experience in performance management to drive team success.
Developing talent pipelines and mentoring/coaching with team members.
Maintaining store presentation standards and implementing visual merchandising/promotions.

The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking candidates with: Previous leadership roles in big box/large format retail environments.
Experience leading teams of up to 25+ members.
Proficiency in financial management, including P&L analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure.
First Aid certification or a willingness to undergo training.
