If successful, you will be added to our live candidate portal, and when a suitable position matching your profile becomes available, we will reach out to you to reaffirm your interestDuties will include, but are not limited to: In the community, the consumers you will be seeing are referred through government funded models, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Private funding.
We are not your typical community provider; we set achievable billable KPIs (ask us more) and don't work within the NDIS.
Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the physiotherapy profession.
