Manage daily store operations, team leadership, and customer service standards; Oversee inventory movement between warehouse and store; Ensure showroom presentation aligns with brand guidelines, Logistics & Supply Coordination Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for order fulfilment and delivery scheduling; Liaise with suppliers, track shipments, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Commercial Projects Support Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial and B2 B projects; Assist in project logistics, stock allocation, and timelines for custom or large-volume orders.
Cross-Department Communication Act as a central point between store, warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams; Generate weekly operations and performance reports.
Brand & Customer Experience Represent New Piece's design values through exceptional bilingual service (English & Mandarin); Support product launches, marketing activations, and campaign execution in-store.
