Working with us provides: Monthly RDO Hybrid work across various sites An unrivalled suite of physical and mental health and wellbeing support services Free gym access About the Role This is a permanent Senior HR Business Partner role, where you will act as a strategic partner to a client group, including members of the Executive Leadership Team, by: Partnering to improve organisational effectiveness and foster a culture of performance and accountability across a function or directorate, with potential reach across the entire organisation Providing timely, specialist, strategic HR advice to enable early identification and resolution of complex or systemic people issues Developing and executing contemporary, integrated strategies and initiatives, including commercially focused HR solutions that build management capability and support the specific needs of each client group and the broader People & Culture objectives What You Will Need to Succeed To succeed in this position, you will have: An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a complex and dynamic industrial environment Experience in managing complex employee relations matters and grievances, with negotiation skills for satisfactory outcomes Facilitation skills in coaching and influencing senior leaders and leadership teams to achieve outcomes amidst competing priorities The ability to drive improved business performance through strategic and integrated HR solutions A postgraduate qualification in HR is highly regarded At FRV, serving the community, valuing teamwork, integrity, respect, and accountability are core values.
