Job Description We are seeking a seasoned technology leader for the role of Senior Manager – Data Engineering .
You will be responsible for shaping the future of our enterprise data and CRM platforms, leading a high-impact function at the core of our business.
You will work directly with the Head of Data & Enterprise to drive innovation and operational excellence.
The portfolio includes a broad and strategic focus on our enterprise data platform (around 70%) and CRM (around 30%).
You will ensure these platforms' stability, scalability, and compliance, while setting their future direction.
Your responsibilities include guiding the engineering team, collaborating with vendors and partners, and managing contracts, budgets, and operations.
This leadership role requires balancing strategy with delivery.
You will engage with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into platform improvements, and enable advanced analytics and streamlined enterprise processes across HR, Finance, Leasing, and CRM systems.
You will also optimize our Google Cloud-based platform architecture, leveraging modern cloud technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation in data engineering and architecture, experience managing engineering teams and large-scale platforms, and confidence in vendor and budget management.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and an enterprise mindset are essential.
The role offers a competitive salary of $220 K–225 K plus super and bonus.
