We're partnering with our client to recruit a General Manager – People Operations to lead and manage all aspects of a thriving and multifaceted community-focused club.
The Client : Our client is a highly regarded community-based organisation delivering essential safety, sporting, and educational services across the region.
With a passionate membership and volunteer base, they play a critical role in public wellbeing and coastal engagement.
The Role : The General Manager – People & Operations is responsible for leading and coordinating the core operational functions of the club with a focus on rescue services, member engagement, volunteer management, compliance, governance support, and strategic planning.

Lead a multidisciplinary team including admin, education, rescue, and sports staff Identify training needs and provide development opportunities.
