In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will jointhe Business Banking team that's doubling down on customer obsessionEach day, you'll go above and beyond to: Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitability Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio Manage portfolios of very high value customers, drawing on the services of specialists to add value where necessary We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You'll need: A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills Passionate about business development and credit risk management Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
