What We Offer Comprehensive onboarding training for Personal Support Workers Ongoing training and development Penalty rates for weekends, nights and public holidays Fixed rosters to support work/life balance Salary packaging arrangements to increase take-home pay Employee Wellbeing Platform for Staff and Family Members About the RoleAs a Personal Support Worker, you'll directly assist clients with acquired spinal cord injuries in their homes. Your responsibilities will include: Transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as required Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management Basic wound care and self medication Domestic support (meal preparation, household duties and laundry) Community access (driving to appointments and social activities) About YouWe are looking for people who: Are excellent listeners and communicate authentically Can work a fixed fortnightly roster (morning, afternoons, evenings and overnights available) Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle Hold, or willing to obtain, NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards Are experienced in the field, and/or hold relevant qualifications.
