Due to continuous growth and project wins, the Winslow team has career opportunities available for undergraduates/graduates to join our Victorian operation in the following disciplines: Engineering Project/ Construction Management Surveying Safety Environmental Finance Communications Human Resources ABOUT YOUEnrolled in or recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to apply your academic studies to real-world outcomes - be hands-on.

Specific field experience for engineering and construction/project management disciplines Your career with Winslow starts in the field, working alongside our operations team.
Start your learning journey on our construction sites and learn how we build our civil construction jobs before managing them.
Assisting the Foreman and Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance by the Integrated Management System, and liaising and managing client relationships.
Monitoring the performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts.
Reporting and mitigating performance issues.
Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
