What You'll Be Doing : Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
Recruitment Expertise : Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions.
Market Leadership : Stay ahead of industry trends, using your expertise to deliver valuable insights and tailored recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
Business Development : Proactively seek new business opportunities and build NES Fircroft's reputation within your sector.
Candidate Management : Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Mentorship : Guide and support junior team members, sharing your experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.
What We're Looking For : Recruitment Experience : Extensive experience in recruitment in an agency setting.
Industry Experience : Proven expertise in Power & Renewable Energy Relationship Builder : Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
Self Starter : Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player : A collaborative mindset, ready to support the wider team and contribute to collective success.
Excellent Communicator : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Business Development : Comfortable seeking out new business opportunities and growing client networks.
