Add expected salary to your profile for insights A well-established, privately-owned civil construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory.
This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil construction, concrete, and quarrying projects, with a strong focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do: Lead quality control, compliance, and project planning; Manage procurement, subcontractors and resource allocation; Interpret and deliver on complex design specifications; Contribute to tenders through accurate analysis; Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
What You'll Bring: Civil Engineering degree + proven experience in civil construction; Proven project leadership and quality management skills; Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication; Proficiency with Auto CAD, survey equipment and MS Office.
