As the key point of contact for our 3 PL customers, this role will coordinate our logistic operations to ensure efficient supply chain processes and strong stakeholder relationships, and will be responsible for:
Coordinating daily supply and stock levels, including the preparation of supply chain documentation, reports and inventory summaries Identifying and resolving operational issues including but not limited to, shortages, delivery delays and quality concerns Working collaboratively to facilitate proactive planning regarding packing and transportation schedules, and to prioritise inspections and incoming loads Analysing supply chain performance data to drive improvements in service, efficiency and waste reduction Manage the negotiation of contracts and service agreements with logistic providers, engaging relevant internal teams as necessary Utilising ERP systems such as Net Suite for supply and order tracking Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards About you We are seeking an experienced candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to manage multiple priorities and is ready to contribute to a high-performing team To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field 3-4 years' experience in logistics management or supply chain Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience working with an ERP system (Net Suite highly desirable) Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to meet goals and deadlines High attention to detail Willingness and ability to be flexible with your duties Experience working in fresh produce (desirable)
