We are currently recruiting for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract (6 months) to deliver complete human resources solutions to a range of stakeholders across NSW and the ACT.
You'll have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across our full range of business units with particular focus on supporting our Corporate Enabling Units as well as working across a range of change projects within the organisation offering you an insight into a varied and diverse range of internal clients.
The highly rewarding position is part of a team that provides consulting advice across all elements of the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, organisational effectiveness and change, performance management, engagement, welfare and wellbeing.
Who are you? Demonstrated success as a Business Partner working collaboratively with people leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders across the business and P&C Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry with a geographically dispersed footprint Experience in supporting a range of organisational and people change initiatives Deep knowledge across Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements to support interpretation and performance management Ability to build trust and strong partnerships, coaching our people leaders and team members Strong communication and influencing skills Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field Completion of Australian Work Rights and National Crime Check is mandatory Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract (6 months) and we will actively be moving candidates through the recruitment process - starting ASAP Join RSL Life Care because: You'll be making a difference to our employees as well as our Veteran and Senior communities Competitive remuneration package and Not for Profit Salary Packaging $15,900 Tax Free & Meal and Entertainment Benefits $2,650 Annual leave loading of 17.5% Flexibility within a hybrid working environment – 3 days in the office/2 days at home Collaborative and passionate team environment Great office based in St Leonards – easily accessible by public transport Our commitment to diversity: We are proud to stand for our unique values: Do the Right Thing, Aim Higher, Care from the Heart, and Act as One team.
