More About the Role Fletcher Insulation is launching a new designer acoustic insulation brand in Victoria and is seeking a National Business Manager to lead its development, set up and day-to-day operations.
This role is responsible for driving market entry and growth through targeted sales strategies, business development, and industry engagement.
You'll lead go-to-market planning, conduct market research, and build trusted relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Your ability to interpret data and translate insights into compelling presentations will help customers connect with the product and envision its application in their projects.
Alongside commercial leadership, you'll be accountable for setting up and managing the full business operation—from production and supply chain to budgeting, forecasting, and infrastructure development.
A background with manufacturing or production is essential, as is experience running a complex business with cross-functional relationships.
You are someone who naturally loves to develop and mentor high performing teams and building a culture and environment that people want to be part of.
Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven background in Senior Leadership leading cross function teams Strong background in sales leadership Ideally come from the building materials, , Acoustics or Manufacturing sectors Experience in establishing and leading a business or business unit, including operations, production, and commercial functions.
Experience in in manufacturing or production environments, with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, process efficiency, problem solving and quality control.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build B2 B relationships, and drive business development.
Commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
Familiarity with the Australian construction and architectural sectors, including market dynamics and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with design principles and aesthetics, with an eye for colour and product presentation in premium or design-led categories.
