Help us help others to improve their access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing, and function.#AAAJob Description We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a Team Leader role, supporting the operational management of our North and South Perth Positive Behaviour Support teams.
In this role, you'll provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with AAA's standards.
You'll be backed by our Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.
What We're Looking For: Extensive experience working with and supporting clients / participants / patients across a variety of settings.
Experience with clinical supervision & willingness to work across regions and potential travel on a regular basis.
Strong operational skills with demonstrated experience in managing and supporting high-performing teams.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
Ability to work at a high professional standard in a collaborative manner within a leadership environment.
Comfortable supporting the BSP team operationally (with training and support) and clinically to achieve role requirements.
