In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Application Managed Services Consulting Team focusing on our Financials product.
Technology One Financials empowers organizations with intelligent financial management, delivering real-time insights and automation to streamline processes and make informed decisions.
Our Financials product offers a comprehensive solution for budgeting, accounting, asset management, and reporting, enabling businesses to drive efficiency and achieve their financial goals.
What you'll be doing… As a Principal Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products.
Your duties will include : Responsible for concurrently contributing to multiple complex project implementations by providing expert domain and Technology One product and solutions knowledge throughout the project lifecycle including design, configuration, training, testing and support through to customer 'go live'.
Inspiring and driving a collaborative consulting team culture, focusing on professional development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure all projects are managed through our chosen tools, processes and methodology in line with the contract / program particulars.
Establish and maintain engagement as a trusted advisor for all customers and internal stakeholders as required, proactively raising and managing risks through our standard processes.
Engage with the broader Application Management Services (AMS) team, teams to ensure continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.
Your Talents… Expert understanding of Technology One's Financials product High level knowledge of operational processes and product implementation and transformation activities.
A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (Saa S ideally)Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver customer outcomes efficiently.
Experience in consulting and senior-level customer engagement, building strong relationships and leveraging your consultative mindset.
Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience at all times.
A passion to develop people around you and lead from the front.
