About The Role
As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and take ownership of the organisation's financial planning function, focusing on high-impact modelling, forecasting, and decision-support analytics.
Your models and insights will influence business strategy, deal structuring, capital allocation, and shareholder value creation.
You will design and operate complex financial models to support planning, uncover opportunities, and mitigate risks.
You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, optimize resources, and support initiatives aligned with commercial and investment goals.
Key Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data across projects, business units, and functions.
Prepare and deliver reports including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis.
Partner with accounting teams for timely, high-quality financial reporting.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic decisions.
Support business cases, scenario planning, and long-term financial strategies.
Design and manage financial models for development, investment, and strategic opportunities.
Evaluate financial scenarios for risk management and outcomes.
Streamline planning and reporting via automation and tools.
Ensure data accuracy across financial systems.
Utilize BI and AI platforms for data visualization and trend analysis.
Act as a trusted advisor, communicating insights effectively.
Align financial planning with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance finance team.
Stay updated with industry trends and support continuous improvement.

About You
You bring a commercial mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for clarity in complex financial data.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing attention to detail with strategic understanding of business and capital management.
You are collaborative, influential with non-finance stakeholders, and proactive.
Your ability to build models, challenge assumptions, and communicate insights clearly will be key.
Qualifications & Experience

CA, CPA, or CFA qualified (or near completion).
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Strong systems knowledge and experience with BI tools.
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, agile environment.
