On-site podcast and video studio to create clinical content and connect with referrers You'll receive direct mentorship from a principal with over 15 years of experience, in a progressive practice known for its innovation — including advanced surgical endodontics and laser-assisted workflows.
The practice will also actively invest in your personal brand, with CPD events, content creation facilities, and a dedicated social media budget.
Additionally, in 2027, the practice is expanding further with a new dentist education and training centre adjacent to the practice.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive endodontic diagnosis and treatment, including advanced surgical cases (e.g., Apicoectomy).
Deliver care using advanced technologies such as Morita CBCT, microscopes, Waterlaser, and TDO software.
Manage your own patient consultations, treatment planning, and case presentations.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and case reporting.
Collaborate with the principal endodontist to contribute to practice improvements and patient outcomes.
Participate in CPD events, content creation, and branding activities supported by the practice.
Attend monthly production meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
The Essential Requirements A clinician ready to be a part of a collaborative, supportive, and passionate team.

Current AHPRA registration, Endodontist Certification, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and the legal right to work in Australia.
