Sales - Assistant Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities for the Director via telephone, letterbox dropping and door knocking.
  • Nurture contacts to create long lasting relationships by exceeding the expectations of the customer experience.
  • Support the Director by assisting in ad hoc sales duties.
Within the First 12 Months:
  • Prospect for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door knocking.
  • Open for Inspection buyer call backs.
  • Assist and learn from Lead Agent with adhoc sales duties.
  • Identify, qualify, and categorise contacts in the CRM system.
  • Update tasks / notes in the CRM to ensure contact information is up to date & keep track for follow up.
  • Add contact email addresses and subscribe contact to property updates.
  • Speak to buyers to update/determine their buying requirements and offer assistance.
  • Speak with prospective vendors to generate appraisals for the Director.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Assist with preparing necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparables etc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation.
  • Achieve and report to Director on set Key Performance Indicators.
  • Attend all internal training and meetings as directed.
