Key responsibilities
Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business.
Ensure the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.

Attributes you possess
A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
Proven experience managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
Operational excellence, including stock control and visual merchandising experience.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
