Accurate cash handling and banking.
Liaising with suppliers and Finance to coordinate timely payment of invoices.
Managing and reconciling debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments.
Performing accurate data entry with attention to detail and efficiency.
Overseeing cash float reconciliation and distributing funds to staff as needed.
Ensuring all cash floats are accurate; investigating and reporting discrepancies.
Coordinating venue monthly compliance audits and following up on arising actions.
Assisting with the coordination of employee records and documentation.
Skills and experience : A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience with cash reconciliations and data entry preferred.
Understanding of payroll procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency in computer systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
