About the Role This is a hands-on and impactful role for a Senior Tax Analyst ready to step into a globally firm.
You'll support group-level tax compliance, provision, and planning initiatives, while contributing to process improvements and tax strategy across AU, US, and Canada.
Responsibilities include: Preparing tax returns and compliance documents Supporting quarterly and annual tax provision calculations across the group Assisting with cross-border tax planning and international transfer pricing Responding to audit and tax authority queries with appropriate documentation Working with external advisors across GST, PST, and income tax Contributing to tax process improvement and SOX compliance Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring group compliance Supporting M&A activity from a tax perspective Working with the wider finance function on yearly reporting Skills & Experience Required 4+ years in corporate tax (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred) Experience across AU and US tax law (CTA or equivalent a plus) Strong working knowledge of IAS 12, IFRS, and SEC reporting Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills What's Next?
