Your leadership will transform IT from a support function into a driver of innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth - empowering the business to deliver exceptional services today while building a future-ready foundation for tomorrow.
The Role Reporting directly to the CIO, you'll lead a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning enterprise applications, integration, data, AI, and architecture.
From modernising core systems to embedding advanced analytics, your work will directly enable scalability, compliance, and service excellence.
This is a highly visible role with influence across the executive team and business units.
With a core focus on business engagement and translating challenges into technology solutions, you'll ensure adoption, impact, and ROI are at the centre of delivery.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days at home), balancing collaboration with flexibility.
Your Impact · Define and deliver a future-ready applications, data, and integration strategy.
· Drive technology adoption and operational excellence to unlock measurable business value.
· Enhance scalability, strengthen compliance, and lift service delivery across the organisation.
· Translate business priorities into practical solutions that balance security, performance, and growth.
· Serve as CIO's 2 IC, with scope to step into broader leadership over time.
